The team at McCullough Metro Motors Collision Center takes a great deal of pride in the quality of work and the level of service we provide in our collision repair shop. We are an I-CAR gold class shop, with an ASE Certified staff of 8 body people, 3 painters, and an onsite mechanic that boasts over 100 years of combined service and technician experience. Our facility is the largest and most state of the art collision center in the DC-area, with the capacity to house over 200 vehicles outside and 60 inside at any given time.

From the time you come to us for repairs, our Collision Consultants will assist you with accurate and prompt estimates, as well as assistance with your insurance claim. Because our training emphasizes the importance of customer satisfaction and assistance, our team is always willing to work with you and answer any questions about your repairs or the computer estimating process. The McCullough Metro Motor Collision Center can repair all makes and models of vehicles, and we are an authorized direct repair facility for most major insurance companies.

At McCullough Metro Motors, you will never have to worry about being without transportation while your vehicle is being repaired. We have Enterprise Rent-A-Car rental vehicles available and at lower insurance replacement rates. We can also directly bill your rental charges with insurance company approval. It is our goal to make the repair process as easy as possible, which is why we feel it is so important to offer our customers a rental vehicle during the time of repair.

At McCullough Metro Motors, we are here for our customers after their repairs, too. We provide our customers with a limited lifetime warranty for workmanship on retail repairs performed by our Collision Center.
